OpenTofu Support

Last year, shortly after Hashicorp announced the changes to their Terraform license, several players in the DevOps community united to create the fork of Terraform, OpenTofu.

OpenTofu is an open-sourced IaC(Infrastructure as Code) framework that is community-driven and managed by the Linux Foundation.

Today is the official GA day of OpenTofu so we are glad to announce that ControlMonkey supports OpenTofu alongside Terraform and Terragrunt.

If you’re already a ControlMonkey user you can also change your existing Stacks’ IaC type from Terraform to OpenTofu easily.

We are proud to be part of the OpenTofu Development supporters and see this great open-source project come to fruition.

If you are looking for a simple way to shift from Terraform to OpenTofu, our IaC experts are waiting to deep dive into your use case.
