We’re seeking a motivated and sharp SDR Team Lead to join and bring our sales team to new heights.
As our SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified meetings and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to not only excel as an individual SDR but also to pave the way for future team growth and success. You will have the chance to build and lead a successful team of SDRs from the ground up and make a significant impact on our company’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct all forms of outreach, including email, phone, LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and convert leads.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead-generation processes
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Build and lead a team of SDRs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role
- Familiarity with SaaS cloud products.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with various outreach methods, including email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Ability to develop and execute effective email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a team leader role
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot/ Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and cloud infrastructure management
